Powerful High Speed Air Assist

S10 is equipped with a high speed air assist nozzle. This nozzle is different because it has an advanced hydrodynamic design that allows better use of air pressure. S10 has a faster jet flow when using the same air assist. For example, when using an air assist of 30 l/min, 0.03 MPa, the S10 nozzle will eject a high velocity airflow of up to 14.5 m/s. This will greatly improve cutting penetration and cutting efficiency (air assist not included, separate purchase required).

SCULPFUN S10 has 60W machine power and 10W output power, and adopts high-energy laser beam shaping technology, the 0.06 x 0.06mm ultra-fine compressed spot enables finer laser engraving and cutting. S10 can cut 10mm wood, 5mm acrylic in one pass; cut 10mm walnut and 6mm MDF and other high-density materials; carving metal, glass, stone, etc. Which means S10 has higher energy density, higher cutting penetration and engraving capabilities.

Industrial-Grade Engraving Accuracy

S10 uses an extremely robust, high-precision linear sliding X-axis, which allows it to achieve industrial-grade engraving accuracy. SCULPFUN S10 does not have the wavy lines that occur with ordinary engraving machines when comparing fine engraving details. All-metal frame and wheels and high-friction synchronous belts allow for 0.01 mm movement accuracy.

Expandable Engraving Area and Wide Compatibility

You can purchase the S10 Y-axis extension kit to extend the engraving area up to 400 x 950 mm to help you better handle large engraving or cutting jobs. Equipped with limit switch holes for laser startup. compatible with software such as Lightburn and LaserGRBL, compatible with multiple file types for engraving.
