Easy assembly, works great once you figure it out. The instructions for operating are non-existent, but the software is pretty strait forward.
Very easy to put together the software take a bit to get used to but not to hard
I was skeptical when I purchased this engraver, but I have been beyond impressed with the ease of use and the beautiful lines. When burning wood I would recommend getting some scraps and adjusting the number of lines per mm, or at the very least ensuring that your design has thin lines to work with. I’m very happy with this engraver and have been recommending it to everyone I know who works with wood, metal or leather

I got this to use for cutting boards and it is fabulous!!!
So far I am enjoying this engraver. The price is great and build quality is amazing. The only complaint is the software doesn’t is not very intuitive as this is a Free 3rd party software. I ended up using another software as the included software was having issues with calibration and as my axis (Y & X) did not match. Once again this review is about the laser not the software. Great product highly recommed.
The engraver comes as a kit that you assemble yourself (all parts included).
Overall i love the laser.

Worked great for my husbands work. Very durable. Easy to use.
I bought this for my husband for a Christmas gift and gave it to him early. The machine didn’t look hard to put together but there was definitely a learning curve on the software. He used Light Burn and loves it. He started with the free month and bought the year subscription when it ran out. He used the engraver to make wooden Christmas ornaments and engrave cutting boards for Christmas presents. They were a big hit with family and friends.
In my opinion the A5 20W laser is probably the most well-rounded engraver laser you will find. I like the whole unit can be moved. This was a must for me as I want to place it on large pieces of furniture and engrave the bottom of table tops for example.I hope this was helpful.
